    Hanwha Chemical称将斥资4,300亿韩元（约合3.67亿美元）收购中国林洋新能源49.9%的股权。该收购活动是Hanwha集团拓展新业务计划的一部分。

    South Korea's Hanwha Chemical said on Tuesday it would acquire a 49.9 percent stake in Chinese photovoltaic cell maker Solarfun Power Holdings Co. for around 430 billion won ($366.7 million).

    The company declined to reveal details of the purchase including per-share acquisition price ahead of a formal agreement, and said the deal was part of a drive by its parent Hanwha Group to expand into new businesses.

    Shares of Solarfun closed at $10.25 on Monday.
