太阳能电池模组机械性能综合试验机的研制

太阳能电池模组机械性能综合试验机可通过关键部件：冰球模具、冰球发射器、压力试验装置、撞击试验装置、接线盒安全性试验装置的设计而实现。该试验机集冰雹、压力、撞击和接线盒安全性试验为一体,可以满足中国、欧洲和美国的检测标准,极大提高了试验效率和精度,使试验结果具有更好的重复性。Abstract：The key components of testing machine for mechanical properties of photovoltaic modules, such as hail mould, hail emitter, push test unit, impact test unit and wiring compartment securement test unit, are discussed in this paper. The machine, which meets the testing standards of China, Europe and US, can perform hail impact testing, push testing, impact testing and wiring compartment securement testing in one stop shop, and improve the testing efficiency, accuracy and repeatability.
