今天(2015-1-13)获讯,江苏振发控股集团有限公司(中国)董事长查正发与STR Holdings(简称“STR”)控股公司董事长、总裁兼CEO Robert S.Yorgensen先生一起敲响了纽交所开市钟声，开启了STR与振发集团之间在光伏行业的战略合作关系，也标志着首笔由中国民营企业收购美国上市公司的股权交易。 振发集团是以太阳能光伏电站修建、投资及发电为主营业务的新能源科技公司，首批通过了国家发改委审核备案的节能服务企业，目前光伏电站项目的开发容量超过2GW，位居全国排名第三位。振发重庆海外投资有限公司是振发设立的海外投资平台，在振发能源的战略板块中负责海外投资。此次收购的成功，是两家企业实现共赢的战略合作，也是振发走向国际化道路上最坚实的一步。
