Required input for feasibility study on PV project
PART 1 Meteorological Data
1.1
Find the typical and long-term meteorological station, which nears by the potential site
l
Collect the general condition of the observation station, including the type, location, elevation, surroundings and the impact by the surroundings of the radiation observation instruments
Result: got the “climatological data for the period 1981-2000”, from the station Kamphaeng phet.
l
The history of the meteorological station, such as the status of the surroundings; the change information of the location and the radiation observation instruments
Result: no information.
1.2
Collect the data of the mentioned meteorological station or the other long-term data, including:
1)
Key characteristic values of atmosphere:

Mean temperature
l
Extreme max temperature
l
Extreme min temperature
l
Max temperature
l
Min temperature,
l
Mean rainfall
l
Mean evaporation
l
Max depth of frozen ground
l
Max snowpack depth
l

Result: could get the input from the “climatological data for the period 1981-2000”
2)The mean monthly temperature within 30 years.
Result: could get the input from the “climatological data for the period 1981-2000”, but for 20 years.

Hail

Thunderstorm

Squall
Result: could get the input from the “climatological data for the period 1981-2000”, but for 20 years.
4)Monthly radiation data and sunshine duration (hours) within 30 years
Result: No information from the station, but got the NASA data.
5)与项目观测站同期完整年逐时(或更短)的太阳辐射资料(含直接辐射、散射辐射、总辐射资料);
Result: No information from the station, but got the NASA data.
6)项目现场太阳辐射观测站至少连续1年的逐分钟太阳能的总辐射、直接辐射、散射辐射、气温等的实测时间序列数据;
Result: No information from the station, but got the NASA data.
7)Flood data
Result: got a pdf map, but it is in Thai.
PART 2 Other Data
2.1 County annals
Result: No information.
2.2 Planning of the potential site and pre- feasibility study work product
Result: No information.
2.3Topographic map—Auto CAD file
l
Measurement accuracy: no less than 1:5000; 1:2000 or 1:1000.is better.
l
The map shall show elevation of each contour line, location and name of railway, road, country, lake, wet land, and river and so on.
Result: can only get the 1:50000 drawing.
2.4 Soil condition
Result: No information.
2.5 Physical geography of the potential site, including:
l
Transportation status to the site(Accessibility of roads to the site)
l
Dust status and the distribution of other pollution sources
Result: No information.
2.6 光伏发电工程所属地区社会经济现状及发展规划、太阳能发电发展规划、电力系统概况及发展规划、电网地理接线图、土地利用规划、自然保护区和可利用的消防设施等资料。
2.7 The evidence to prove that the photovoltaic project already obtained the access to power system from PEA.
Result: can got the certificate from the partner recently.
2.8 The price of main construction materials and relative documentations and regulation on cost estimation.
Result: No information.
2.9 Grid connection requirements
