技术研发

Technology Development

为了不断提高太阳能电池的光电转换效率，电池的结构与制造工艺需要持续不断地改进。我们的短期研发目标将专注于晶体硅太阳能光伏电池制程的改善，以持续提高产品的良率及转换率，目前的技术研发重心主要集中于表面粗糙化、背电极、选择性射极、电镀及双层抗反射层等方向。

To further improve the efficiency of the solar cells, we need to modify the cell

structure
and processes continuously. Short-term focused on crystalline silicon solar

cell manufacturing process improvement constantly improving product yield and conversion rates, aiming at advanced structures such as the back side contact, selective emitter, electro-plating and double anti-reflective layer is the current R&D focus.
